What data do we collect on this website?

This website has no form, no account, no analytics tool and no advertising cookie. The only data we receive is what you choose to send us by email: your name, email address, company name and message.

Your language choice is stored in your browser (local storage), only to display the website in that language. It is not sent to us.

Like any website, our hosting provider keeps technical connection logs (IP address, date, pages visited) required for security and proper operation.

Why?

To answer your request, arrange a demo and, where relevant, offer you our services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests sent to us, or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

How long?

Your exchanges are kept for three years from our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case the terms of the contract apply.

Who has access?

Only Medi express and its technical providers (website and email hosting), within the limits of their tasks. We never sell or rent your data.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, or request its restriction or portability by writing to contact@settlo.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Use of the Settlo software

Data processed in the Settlo software by our clients is governed by the contract concluded with each of them.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
